Update #27 – Modular Underground Project – In the box

Sono giornate piene quelle che ci vedono impegnati a preparare la partenza del nostro Kickstarter.
Stiamo rifinendo e preparando al meglio ciò che troverete all’interno della scatola.

Hello everyone.
They are full days those who see us busy preparing the starting of the our Kickstarter.
We are refining and preparing the most of what you will find inside the box

Come già ben sapete, la nostra scatola conterrà sia la versione fogne che la versione sotterraneo. Nella prima immagine petete vedere la versione Fogna. Noterete che all’interno della confezione vi saranno delle “pareti dinamiche” in più. Queste vi permetteranno di modificare ulteriormente il vostro dungeon.

As already know, our box will contain both version: sewers, is the underground version. In the first image you petete see version Sewer. You will notice that inside the box there will be some “dynamics walls” in most. These will allow you to further modify your dungeon.

Ed ecco la versione sotterraneo. Naturalmente le potrete mischiare a vostro piacimento.
Sono state apportate delle modifiche: le porte sono state integrate ai muri e agli archi delle pareti dinamiche. Potrete staccarle o lasciarle integrate alle pareti. questa sarà una vostra scelta.

And here’s the underground version. Of course you can mix as you like.
They were made of changes: the doors have been integrated to the walls of the dynamics walls. You can detach or leave them integrated to the walls. this will be your choice.

Today we present an our collaborator of longtime Alessio Cisbani,
fantastic painter. He was part of the team in the realization of our game skirmish “Mindstalkers.” Below are some examples of Mindstalkers miniatures painted by him.

Oggi Alessio torna a collaborare con noi nella veste di disegnatore e scultore.
E’ veramente poliedrico come personaggio.
Naturalmente in un sotterraneo che si rispetti non possono mancare le cripte. E prendendo spunto da cripte italiane, abbiamo creato i nostri terrificanti luoghi di sepoltura.
Eccovi alcuni sketches degli “ospiti” che vi troveremo all’interno.

Today Alessio returns to cooperate with us in the role of designer and sculptor. It ‘s really versatile as character.
Of course in a underground that respectable can not miss the crypts. And taking a cue from Italian crypts, we have created our terrifying burial sites.

Update #2 – Underground Project

Nuovo aggiornamento dedicato al nostro progetto “Underground”.
Abbiamo un bel po’ di novità interessanti a riguardo. Partiamo dalle nostre pareti che possono essere sovrapposte una sull’altra senza limiti di altezza con molta facilità e stabilità.

New update dedicated to our project “Underground”.
We have a lot of interesting news in this regard. We start from our walls that can be overlapped on one another with no height restrictions with much ease and stability.

Le nostre pareti  sono dinamiche: alcune parti interne dei muri possono essere rimosse in toto o in parte. Creando così nuove pareti per ambienti più ampi o generare potenziali passaggi segreti.

Our walls are dynamic: some internal parts of the walls can be removed of whole or in part. Thus creating new walls for larger rooms or generate potential secret passages.

La possibilità di “modificare” le pareti e la loro sovrapposizione permette di variare in mille modi diversi lo sviluppo delle strutture.

The ability to “modify” the walls, and their superposition makes it possible to vary in a thousand different ways the development of the structures.

Le porte possono essere sostituite da pareti scorrevoli per modificarne il design o per celare un passaggio segreto.

The doors can be replaced with sliding walls to change the design or to conceal a secret passage.

Come si è visto il montaggio delle singole sezioni è semplice e veloce.
Ma non basta. I singoli pavimenti sono utilizzabili da ambo i lati.
In questo caso abbiamo un lato con le fogne e l’altro lato con 3 diversi esempi di pavimentazione.( la texture degli esmpi ricrea sempre quadrati di 25×25 mm.)

As we have seen the installation of individual sections is quick and easy.
But not enough. The individual floors are usable from both sides.
In this case we have a side with the sewers and the other side with three different examples of flooring. (The texture of the examples always recreates of squares of 25×25 mm.)

A new MHW project: Underground

Hello to all.
Manorhouse Workshop starts a new project which will be financed with the crowdfunding system.
Its name is Underground: in our specific case, the project will deal with everything that is underground.
As you can imagine it’s a very ambitious project, which will involve different historical periods up to the present day.
In fact in the basement we’ll find crypts, catacombs, cellars, sewers, underground railways and mines.
As usual we start with an initial mockup (a simulacre of the actual components of this kit) which helps us to understand the potential of this project, its great modularity and compatibility with all of our models and kits we made so far.
The mockup shows basic shapes only: the final pieces will be fully covered of details, accessories and textures.

The flooring of the sewers will have the initial 5 different sections of corridors, 3 floors rooms, plus 3 sections corridor “free”
The size are: 5 × 5 – 5 × 10 – 10 × 10 – 15 × 10 – 15 × 15 cm.
The walls are 6 cm. high (including the floor 6 mm high.)

The coupling system (optional) between the wall and the wall to hold the sections together without that move.
While the single wall is attached to the floor by means of a joint at the base of the wall, simple and fast to assemble and disassemble.

In the next update we will enter into the details of the structures. We’ll see how the walls are raised in height, of the practical solutions found to make “dynamic” walls.
